船員配乗、船用品・修繕手配、船舶売買のご支援を、ミャンマー・フィリピンの認可事業者と提携してご提供します。ご相談から手配後の調整まで、海技経験を持つ日本側窓口が日本語で一貫して対応いたします。Crew manning, ship supply and repair arrangement, and vessel S&P support — delivered through licensed partners in Myanmar and the Philippines, coordinated from Japan, in Japanese, by a former marine engineer.

外航船員の配乗紹介Crew Manning Introduction
ミャンマー政府認可のマニング会社の日本側窓口として、審査を経た職員・部員をご紹介します。日本語・英語・ミャンマー語での面接同席、乗下船・労務に関する調整まで、日本側で一貫して対応いたします。As the Japan-side contact for a Myanmar government-licensed manning company, we introduce screened officers and ratings — with trilingual interview attendance (Japanese / English / Burmese) and joining, relief, and labour coordination handled from Japan.
船用品・修繕手配の紹介Ship Supply & Repair Introduction
マニラをはじめアジア15港以上の船用品供給・修繕事業者を、寄港スケジュールに合わせてご紹介します。提携サプライヤーは ISO 9001:2015 認証取得、PPA（フィリピン港湾庁）認定、ShipServ 登録（ID 311757）、大手造船所との取引実績を有します。見積取得から現地調整までを支援します。We introduce ship chandlers and repair providers across 15+ Asian ports, matched to your port call schedule. Our supply partner holds ISO 9001:2015 certification, PPA (Philippine Ports Authority) accreditation, ShipServ registration (ID 311757), and works with major shipyards. アジアの提携ブローカーと連携し、中古船の売買案件を秘密保持を徹底のうえで仲介協力いたします。買主・売主双方の要件確認から書類調整までを支援します。Working with partner brokers in Asia, we support second-hand vessel S&P transactions under strict confidentiality — from requirement confirmation to documentation.

弊社代表は、実際に船舶の機関士として乗船した経験を持ち、現在は日本を拠点に、日本語・英語・ミャンマー語の三言語で業務にあたっております。船員の証書を見てその意味が分かること、監督者様の技術的な制約を説明なしに理解できること、そしてお引き受けすべきでない案件は正直にその旨をお伝えすること。これが弊社のご紹介の前提です。ABK is run by a former marine engineer with seagoing experience, based in Japan, working in Japanese, English, and Burmese. It means we can read a seafarer's certificate and know what it means, hear a superintendent's technical constraint and understand it without explanation, and tell you honestly when a requirement is not one we should take on.
