日本側での書類品質管理Document Quality Control on the Japan Side
在留資格認定証明書（COE）申請書類は、現地任せにせず弊社が日本側で一件ずつ精査。経費支弁能力の裏付けと学習理由書の整合性を確認し、不交付リスクを抑制いたします。COE application documents are individually reviewed by our Japan office — never left solely to the local side — verifying financial capacity and consistency of study plans to reduce rejection risk.
渡日後の定着支援Post-Arrival Retention Support
2026年より義務化された四半期ごとの在籍・就労状況確認に対応し、資格外活動（週28時間以内）の遵守支援や生活相談を三言語で提供。学校様の事務負担と中途退学リスクを軽減します。We support the quarterly enrollment and work-hour check-ins required from 2026, help students stay within the 28-hour weekly work cap, and provide trilingual life support — reducing your administrative load and dropout risk.

JLPT N5以上の合格を出願条件にJLPT N5 or Above as an Application Condition
2026年10月期からの制度要件を先取りし、原則N5合格（推奨N4）を渡日前の必須条件としています。Anticipating the rule applying from October 2026, we require an N5 pass (N4 recommended) before departure as standard.
